This trip leads from the Little Carpathians to the picturesque, natural environment of Dobrovodská basin and with its length and gradient it is quite challenging. It runs along less frequented public roads with tarmac as well as along paved and unpaved forest roads. The way recquires easy orientation skills and it is especially suitable for trekking bikes. If you want to ride only the part of the cycle way in the Little Carpathians, you can choose to start in Naháč and finish in Dechtice or vice versa. This way is considerably shorter. The start is in front of Trnava’s railwaystation. From here, following the sideroads marked in yellow (8218) you come to a cemetery and to the old sugar rafinery. After the sugar rafinery continue following the blue cycleway (2204) through the suburbs to the part of town called Kopánka. You will notice at this point the signs of the other blue cycleway (2203), following which you will leave the town of Trnava and get to the village Dolná Krupá up to the manor-house. The way out of the village goes north and leads to the village Horná Krupá and continues futher to an area called Prekážka. Beheind a busy road you find a low gradient soon rising steeply towards a gamekeeper`s lodge Cerová. From here riding downhill you come to Suchánka. The blue cycleway goes slightly down to the south borders of the village Dobrá Voda. Turn then right to the main road and continue towards the village Dechtice following the yellow cycleway (8211). A steep gradient runs along a quarry and then a low one along the stream Blava up to Dechtice. Do not forget to visit the All Saints Church (called Upper Church) – a Romanesque rotunda from the year 1172. In the village turn left onto the road num. 502 and keep going for a few meters following the red Small Carpathian Cycle Trail. From Dechtice continue to Kátlovce. Catch again the blue cycleway (2203) there. Pass Radošovce, Jaslovské Bohunice and Malženice accompanied by the view of the power plant silhouette. At the roudabout at the edge of Trnava turn right, soon turn right again and reach the familiar road from the beginning of the trail. The trip finishes in front of the railway station coming from the side of the sugar rafinery following the yellow cycle path (8218).
