The last characteristic remnants of waterlogged grasslands with precious and protected plants and animals and their communities on alluviums of the Hrudky stream are preserved within the territory of nature reserve. The territory represents an example of regressive development of plant and animal communities and the only place of occurrence of Trolleus europeaus in the Little Carpathians. The nature reserve is located in the cadastral area Buková westwards from the municipality and was established in 1988. Its area amounts to 9.45 ha. It can be found in the vicinity of the water reservoir Buková, on its northern periphery.
