An undemanding, half-day hike of medium difficulty; but increased attention should be paid at the crossroads of forest roads. The trail begins in Horné Orešany (200 m), and follows the blue hiking markers towards the Horné Orešany water reservoir. We get to the Majdan settlement, and then turn right, continuing westward along the unmarked trail to the Majdan gamekeeper´s house, where we begin to follow the green trail markers from Lošonec. We pass the Olšovský mlyn settlement, while still following the green trail markers behind the crossroads under Rybáreň. Using the paved road, we go up a small forested valley to the Solírov forester´s lodge. After a moderate ascent, we soon come to a forested saddleback above the Zabité gamekeeper´s house where we change to the blue trail markers at the crossroads. Upon passing Klokočina Mountain, we reach the highest point of the hike (approximately 500 m). After the three Šišoretné mountains, we pass Bolehlav Mountain from the left, and we come to Orešany saddleback. The blue trail markers continue to the left to the Majdan settlement; however, we turn right at the yellow trail markers, heading down a steep forested valley. Using the paved road leading through vineyards, we continue down to Dolné Orešany (202 m), where we can taste delicious Orešany red wine.
